Coaches model and support the use of qualitative and quantitative data to inform their own instruction and professional learning. 

ISTE explains that coaches should intentionally and transparently adopt and demonstrate best practice and support the use of qualitative and quantitative data to inform their own instruction and professional learning. 

Or alternatively, coaches demonstrate the use of data informed decisions to improve their own instruction and professional learning.
